12 Week Online Personal Training

In just 90 days, you will learn everything you need to know about how to exercise at home or in any gym. You will adapt healthy nutrition habits that stick. This is a fully online service that you can do from anywhere, in any country.

Hybrid Training

If you live in the Colombo area, you can chose to see me in person, once per week to ensure you are performing the exercises with the correct technique. To get your results, you will be provided with everything you need to do workouts at home.

VIP Personal Training

This is for those who have more time and resources and includes everything from the hybrid option with additional in-person sessions and unlimited support.

  • Regular in-person training with me (2-3 per week)
  • Bespoke Exercise Plan
  • Nutrition, Lifestyle and Mindset Coaching
  • 1 Online Nutrition, Lifestyle or Mindset Meeting Per Week
  • Unlimited email and/or text support
  • Weekly Check-Ins
  • Monthly Progress Report

It all kicks off with a complimentary consultation, to understand your goals and answer questions, identify any conditions or contraindications to training and a movement screen to assess which exercises are most beneficial for your body, so that a bespoke programme can be designed for your needs.
