I offer online or in-person coaching 12 Week Packages.

Both options have basic or VIP plans (depending on your goals, time or budget). There is something for everyone; whether you are an experienced gym addict looking to retrain or maintain your core and pelvic floor muscles during or after pregnancy, or if you have little experience of strength training, I will make you confident to train by yourself in any gym.

My coaching programme won’t overwhelm you with huge changes to your life and is designed to encourage you to take control of your health and fitness, making it a part of your routine, so that it will become a habit for life.
